The Creative Process (Craftsmanship)
Each photograph is a result of meticulous preparation and a sophisticated, handcrafted process. Drawing from her lifelong background in painting, Zuzana treats the photographic frame as a canvas, constructing every scene from the ground up. She personally designs and builds her own props, paints custom backgrounds, and incorporates detailed preliminary sketches to execute her vision.
While her process is deeply personal, she is also highly experienced in collaborating within creative teams, skillfully directing others to help bring her complex visual concepts to life. Her visual language is deeply rooted in art history, drawing inspiration from movements such as Pop Art, Cubism, and Surrealism, resulting in images characterized by carefully selected color palettes and geometric precision.
Education & Mentoring
Zuzana leads international workshops and educational programs at secondary art schools, where she teaches photography, visual language, and brand design. Her pedagogical approach emphasizes interdisciplinary projects, encouraging students to bridge the gap between different artistic fields. Beyond photography, she is also active in video production and has organized high-level international events, including a specialized workshop for photographers in New York City.
She founded her own creative school to serve as a collaborative hub that brings artists together, creating a dedicated space for education and professional growth. It is a platform where people can learn diverse techniques and develop their creativity under the guidance of inspiring professionals. Her expertise in creative lighting and studio techniques helps artists find their unique visual voice. Currently, she is expanding this mission by developing a global creative community and mentoring platform on Skool to share her knowledge with photographers worldwide.
